Melinda Adams, Financial Planner, CEPA

Melinda Adams loves her dream job as a Financial Planner with M&T Financial Partners. After many years as a corporate executive with IBM & Oracle and owning her own small businesses, she followed her passion to become a Financial Advisor specializing in designing financial strategies to meet the unique personal and business needs of small business owners. She has spent over a decade helping her clients build a roadmap to integrate the vision for their business with achieving their overall life goals. Together, Melinda and her clients create and execute business strategies for sustainable growth, business continuity, and succession planning.
Melinda received a B.S. Degree in Polymer Engineering from USM and an M.B.A with an emphasis in Finance from Auburn University. She lives with her husband, Ed, and their two daughters in San Antonio, TX. They spend their free time traveling, boating, camping, and enjoying the outdoors. She also volunteers with the National Charity League, Community Bible Church, and other local non-profit organizations. Life is busy but fun!

Rochelle joined the Venture Opportunities team in 2003 and took over the company in 2021. She has over 20 years’ experience helping clients build their business and sell for maximum value. Rochelle has worked with businesses of all sizes, but her specialty is helping owners of companies with annual revenues up to $50M build and sell their business.
Selling a business is most likely the largest financial transaction of anyone’s life. Rochelle has gained a reputation for having diverse industry knowledge and building strong client trust relationships. Her clients experience high level personal service and a smooth selling process.
Rochelle holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management information systems from Kansas State University. She is also a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. Rochelle, her husband and three children live in Dallas. In their spare time, they enjoy traveling to their favorite Colorado vacation spot, as well as any trips to beach locations. Rochelle is an avid reader and cherishes weekend family time.
